These Terms of Use apply when you visit alobase.vn, read or download content from it, or contact us through the links it provides. They are written for the HR, L&D and business teams who use this website to evaluate ALOBASE as a training partner.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to alobase.vn and its sub-pages in English and Vietnamese (the “Website”), and to the Google Forms and contact links that ALOBASE publishes on the Website. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

How we handle personal data is explained separately in our Privacy Notice.

2. Using the website

You may use the Website to learn about ALOBASE, evaluate our programmes and contact us. When you do, please provide accurate information and do not:

• impersonate another person or organisation, or submit enquiries on someone’s behalf without their authority;
• send spam, malware or unlawful content;
• scan, probe, overload or attempt to bypass the security of the Website;
• scrape or bulk-copy content, contact details or images, including to build a competing product or to train AI models.

We may take reasonable steps to protect the Website, such as blocking traffic that puts it at risk.

3. Programme information

Descriptions of programmes, formats, trainers, client projects and outcomes are provided for information. We keep them accurate and current, but details can change with scheduling, trainer availability, group size and each client’s needs.

Nothing on the Website is a binding offer. Quotes, schedules, participant numbers, learning outcomes and other commitments apply only once ALOBASE confirms them in a written proposal, an official email or a signed contract. Content on the Website is not legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee of business results.

4. Enquiries and forms

We currently use Google Forms to receive enquiries and expressions of interest. Submitting a form is voluntary. It asks us to get in touch; it does not create a contract, confirm a booking or oblige you to pay anything.

We will never ask for passwords, one-time codes or payment card details through the Website or our forms. The Website does not process payments. If you receive a request like this in ALOBASE’s name, please do not respond and let us know at the email above.

5. Training engagements

When an organisation engages ALOBASE for training or consulting, the scope, confidentiality, use of materials, handling of participant data and payment are set out in the agreement between that organisation and ALOBASE. If that agreement differs from these Terms or our Privacy Notice, the agreement prevails for that engagement.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the ALOBASE name and brand, website design, articles, photos, videos, course structures, frameworks (including PCTF) and training materials on the Website belong to ALOBASE or are used with permission.

You may read the content, share links to it and quote short extracts for internal evaluation, reporting or education, as long as you credit ALOBASE and keep the original meaning. Written permission is needed to republish, adapt, sell, license or use our content in AI training datasets, or to present it under another name.

Client names, logos and partner content remain the property of their owners and are shown to describe work ALOBASE has carried out. If you represent an organisation shown on the Website and would like a reference updated or removed, or you believe any content infringes your rights, please email us with the relevant link and we will review it promptly.

7. Third-party services

The Website links to services run by other companies, including Google Forms, YouTube, Facebook, Zalo and partner websites. These links are provided for convenience. Each service has its own terms and privacy policy, and ALOBASE is not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Availability and liability

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep the Website available and secure. It may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure problems or events outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, ALOBASE is not liable for losses arising from a breach of these Terms by a user, from information you submit through unofficial links, or from relying on general Website content without confirming it with us. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Vietnamese law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way will be settled by the competent authority or court in Vietnam, unless a contract between your organisation and ALOBASE provides otherwise.

10. Language

This English version is provided for the convenience of international readers. The Vietnamese version is the governing text on matters regulated by Vietnamese law. If the two versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the Website, our services or the law change. The current version and its date are always published on this page.
